GHOST LABS / INFORMATION

Privacy Notice.

This notice explains how the Ghost Labs corporate website handles information when you visit the site or choose to contact us through external platforms.

Scope note: This notice covers the public corporate website at ghost-labs.store. Individual Ghost Labs software products, applications, or client engagements may process information under separate terms and notices. Do not treat this website notice as a substitute for product-specific privacy documentation.

1. Scope and responsibility

Ghost Labs is an independent R&D and software engineering studio. This notice describes the types of information that may be involved when you browse the corporate website, follow links to our public profiles, or initiate contact through a third-party service. It is intended to be clear about the current website experience and does not claim to describe every technical practice of every hosting or third-party provider.

The website is informational. It does not currently provide an on-page account-registration, newsletter, or contact-submission form. If you interact with a separate Ghost Labs product, use a third-party site, or enter into a service agreement, additional terms may apply to that interaction.

2. Information that may be handled

Basic technical request data. When a browser loads a website, the hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested path, browser or device information, and error or security logs. The information available and the retention period depend in part on the infrastructure provider and its configuration.

Information you choose to share. If you contact Ghost Labs through LinkedIn, GitHub, X, or another external service, that service processes information under its own policies. We may receive the information you choose to include in your message or public interaction. Please avoid sending passwords, private keys, credentials, or sensitive information through social media.

Information not requested by this website. The corporate website does not currently ask visitors to submit payment information or create a user account. Do not send confidential project material until an appropriate channel and handling arrangements have been agreed.

3. Third-party resources and external links

The site may load fonts from Google Fonts and a project screenshot from the public EVMTraceX repository hosted on GitHub's content delivery infrastructure. When these resources are requested, the respective providers may receive ordinary technical request information from your browser. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms.

The site also links to third-party services, including GitHub, LinkedIn, and X. Following one of those links takes you away from the Ghost Labs website. We do not control those services' privacy settings, cookies, availability, or data practices; review the relevant provider's information before using it.

The corporate site does not intentionally load an advertising tracker or analytics package as part of its current implementation. This statement does not override technical logging or security controls that may be applied by the hosting provider or external services.

4. Why information may be used

Technical information may be used by the relevant infrastructure provider or site operator to deliver pages, diagnose errors, protect availability, investigate abuse, and maintain the website. Information you voluntarily send through an external platform may be used to respond to your enquiry, understand the proposed work, or continue a business conversation.

We do not describe the site as collecting information for targeted advertising, and the current corporate page does not contain an on-page lead-generation form. Any materially different processing introduced in the future should be reflected in an updated notice before or when it becomes applicable.

5. Retention and security

Technical logs, where present, are retained according to the applicable provider configuration, operational needs, and relevant requirements. Messages handled by third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' retention and account controls. Because the corporate website does not currently maintain a visitor account database or contact-form database, there is no website account profile for a visitor to manage here.

We use a Git-based workflow and aim to minimise unnecessary data collection on the corporate site. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed perfectly secure. Please do not publish credentials, API keys, wallet private keys, or other secrets in public messages or issue trackers.

6. Your choices and rights

You can choose not to use external social links or to send information to Ghost Labs. Browser settings may allow you to manage certain local storage, cookies, or remote-resource requests; disabling remote resources may affect how some visual elements load. Third-party accounts have their own privacy and communication controls.

Depending on where you live and the circumstances, applicable law may provide rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Whether a right applies depends on the relevant data, context, and legal framework. For a request concerning information you sent directly to Ghost Labs, contact us through the official company LinkedIn page and provide enough detail for us to understand the request. Do not include additional sensitive information unless necessary.

7. Updates and contact

This notice may be updated when the site, its infrastructure, or its information practices change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page. If a future Ghost Labs product includes registration, user profiles, billing, AI processing, or other account features, that product should provide privacy information specific to its functionality before users rely on it.

For general questions about Ghost Labs, use the Ghost Labs company page on LinkedIn. This notice is a general description of the current corporate website, not legal advice. It should be reviewed against the actual hosting setup and applicable jurisdictions before being treated as final legal documentation.
